Dance Trance Fitness

Dance Trance is a Licensed Fitness program that has now expanded into a movement that is taking over the fitness industry. It is one of the most successful dance fitness classes in the nation and has expanded to include studios throughout North America and beyond. The program doesn’t only include the now famous Dance Trance classes but also P.A.C.E., DT Breakdown, Urban Ballet, Choreography and coming soon DT Rock Hard! It is not a dance class, but a fitness class that uses dance to get the most out of a workout.
